These terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Motion Wear webshop.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Motion Wearr and to every agreement concluded via the webshop.
Deviations from these terms and conditions are only valid if they have been agreed in writing.
3. The offer
We strive to describe and display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.
Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer are not binding on Motion Wear. Images are for illustrative purposes only; minor color or detail deviations may occur.
4. Conclusion of the agreement
The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
After placing an order, the consumer will receive a confirmation by email.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
Motion Wearr reserves the right to change prices and offers. Changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.
6. Payment
Payment is made via the available payment methods.
7. Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within 2–3 business days via PostNL.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer. Motion Wearr is not liable for delays caused by carriers.
8. Right of withdrawal & Returns
The consumer has the right to terminate the agreement within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
Conditions for returns:
The item is unworn and undamaged.
The item is in its original condition.
The return is notified in advance by email.
All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for refunds
Return costs are at the expense of the consumer, unless the item is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
IMPORTANT SIZE LABEL NOTICE
Due to factory labeling, the size shown on the garment tag may differ from the size selected at checkout.
• Size S may arrive with an M label
The actual measurements and fit remain correct according to the size ordered. Please refer to our size chart rather than the internal garment label.
9. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method used for payment.
10. Damaged or incorrectly delivered products
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, the consumer must contact us as soon as possible by email, including clear photos.
We will provide a suitable solution, such as replacement or refund.
11. Liability
Motion Wearr is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount of the order in question.
12. Force majeure
Motion Wearr is not obliged to fulfill its obligations if this is prevented by force majeure, including disruptions at carriers, technical malfunctions, etc.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (including texts, images, logos, and designs) is the property of Motion Wearr and may not be used, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
14. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via email.
We aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.
15. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
16. Amendments
Motion Wearr reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. The most up-to-date version will always be available on the website.
