Shipping

We carefully process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1 business day (free shipping over €75)

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days (free shipping over €80)

  • Germany & France: 2–5 business days (free shipping over €80)

  • Rest of Europe: 3–6 business days (free shipping over €120)

  • Rest of the world: 4–8 working days (free shipping over €120)

For orders below the free shipping threshold, standard shipping fees apply.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link so you can easily follow your delivery.

Returns

Not satisfied or doesn’t the item fit as expected? No problem.

We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy if you are not happy with your order for any reason.

Returns, exchanges, or refund requests based solely on factory labeling differences (for example, receiving an M label after ordering a Size S) will not be accepted, as this does not constitute an incorrect item being delivered.

All items purchased during a sale or promotional period are not eligible for refunds

Return conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense

  • Products must be unworn and returned in original condition

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery
